• 1C - scheme is used to certify the serial production of pipeline valves operating under excessive pressure;
• 3C - scheme is used for certification of a commercial batch of industrial valves with a certain quantitative composition;
• 4C - the current scheme for the certification of a single product, one commodity piece;
• 7C is a certification scheme required for the possibility of serial/mass production of products.

There are differences between the certification schemes of industrial-type pipe fittings, which are as follows:

• in order to obtain a certificate of conformity for serial production according to scheme 1C, it is required to test products, evaluate production, pass inspection control;
• to certify a limited commercial batch and a single commercial copy according to schemes 3C and 4C, the products must be tested;
• to launch into serial/mass production, the certification of a product according to scheme 7C should include a study of the type of product and - accompanying inspection control;

The certificate is issued and registered according to a single form approved by the commissions of the Customs Union. The maximum validity period of the certificate cannot exceed five years. Within five years, the production will be checked four times according to the planned calendar. Upon expiration of the certificate, the conformity assessment procedure is carried out anew.

Declaration of equipment operating under excessive pressure is made according to five schemes, two of which are used when contacting the manufacturer or the applicant. In the first case, the declaration is issued for the serial production of reinforcement products, with mandatory production control. In the second — for a certain commodity lot with a specified number of products.

The declaration of the Customs Union can be issued both on the basis of factory evidence of compliance with the regulations, and on the basis of the test report of an accredited laboratory. The applicant is an organization that is only registered in the territory of the Customs Union. With the help of a completed declaration, industrial valves can be put into circulation throughout the territory of the Customs Union without restrictions at customs posts.

Industrial fittings belong to the sixteenth section of the list of commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity. The numerical value of HS codes corresponds to the category number 8481 with all internal subcategories except for the number 8481804000 - fittings for pneumatic tires and chambers.

In the system of the All-Russian classification of products (OK 005-93), industrial-type pipe fittings, depending on the exact type of accessory and commercial variety, are classified according to positions with digital values from 370000 to 374260. If the reinforcement equipment is equipped with an electric drive, then in addition to OK 005-93, the OK 004-93 classifier with OKDP codes from 2949141 to 2949144 from the subsection containing the 2949030 series codes should be taken into account.

Industrial pipe fittings belong to several GOST standards:

• terms and definitions - GOST 24856-81;
• the system of occupational safety standards - GOST 12.2.063-81;
• according to the national standard of the Russian Federation — GOST R 52720-2007.

Industrial valves with overpressure, as a rule, are intended for hazardous production facilities (OPO). Previously, the equipment that was used at the OPO was required to obtain a Permit for use from Rostechnadzor. Now the safety requirements are included in the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union for compliance with which the mandatory certification of valves is carried out. On a voluntary basis, it is possible to obtain a certificate of industrial safety of valves, which is issued on the basis of the conclusion of the industrial safety examination (EPB), as in the past, "Application Permit".
