On approval of the list of products for which the submission of a customs declaration is accompanied by the submission of a document on the assessment of compliance with the requirements of the technical regulations of the Customs Union "On the safety of Wheeled Vehicles" (TR CU 018/2011)*

In order to implement subparagraph " b " of paragraph 2 of the Regulation on the procedure for importing products (goods) into the Customs territory of the Customs Union, in respect of which mandatory requirements are established within the Customs Union, approved by the Decision of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission No. 294 of December 25, 2012, in accordance with paragraph 8 of the Protocol on Technical Regulation within the Eurasian Economic Union (annex No. 9 to the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) and paragraph 8 of Annex No. 2 to the Regulations of the Eurasian Economic Commission, approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council No. 98 of December 23, 2014, the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission


decided:


1. Approve the attached list of products for which the submission of a customs declaration is accompanied by the submission of a document on the assessment of compliance with the requirements of the technical regulations of the Customs Union "On the safety of wheeled vehicles" (TR CU 018/2011).

2. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.

Notes: 1. For the purposes of applying this list, it is necessary to be guided by both the product name (taking into account the notes given in column 4) and the EAEU HS code.


2. The list does not apply to the following vehicles and their chassis:


having a maximum speed of no more than 25 km/h provided for by their design;


intended exclusively for participation in sports competitions;


categories L and M1, from the date of release of which 30 years or more have passed, as well as categories M2, M3 and N, not intended for commercial transportation of passengers and cargo, from the date of release of which 50 years or more have passed, with the original engine, body and frame, if available, preserved or restored to their original condition;


imported into the single customs territory of the Customs Union for a period of no more than 6 months and placed under customs procedures that do not provide for the possibility of alienation;


imported into the single customs territory of the Customs Union as personal property by individuals, including those who are participants in national state programs to assist the voluntary resettlement of persons living abroad, or recognized in accordance with the established procedure as refugees or internally displaced persons;


belonging to diplomatic and consular missions, international (interstate) organizations enjoying privileges and immunities in accordance with generally recognized principles and norms of international law, as well as employees of these missions (organizations) and members of their families;


off-road heavy-duty vehicles.
