Development of the Program and Methodology of acceptance tests

Acceptance tests are a universal method for clarifying and verifying equipment, as well as testing prototypes, batches of machines or products manufactured industrially, which is carried out when determining the suitability of work for its intended purpose or the feasibility of their production. The state order for acceptance tests, which is financed from the budget of the Russian Federation for checking equipment – is state acceptance tests.

The main task for which acceptance tests are carried out is to obtain a Permit for the operation of equipment, mechanism or device in high – risk enterprises and to provide these devices with all permits.

4. GOST 32.54-96 was adopted by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation No. K-638u dated July 19, 1996.

The Program is approved by a special authorized body, depending on the subsequent place of use and method of manufacturing of the product that is being checked – products manufactured outside the Russian Federation by the Central Office of Rostechnadzor, domestic – by the Territorial body of Rostechnadzor on the spot from the production – usnanovki equipment. After the preliminary tests are carried out, a letter is sent to the addressee according to the results of the check "On the approval of the program of the acceptance test methodology".

Representatives of the state body of Rostechnadzor and an accredited expert organization are members of the commission, it is responsible for conducting acceptance tests. Rostechnadzor assigns deadlines for conducting tests, which depend on the operating conditions of the device and its type. As a rule, testing of the necessary product is carried out either at the place of its production, or professional operation of the device.

On the basis of the available regulatory documents, the Program and methodology of acceptance tests are being developed, the list of which includes the fulfilled requirements of the commission. Tests of the certification type are carried out on the basis of an approved standardized Program and a methodology for conducting acceptance tests that establishes compliance with mandatory requirements for equipment. Before conducting tests, experts evaluate the quality of documentation on the work, design characteristics and operational parameters of the product, on the basis of which the suitability for its use on an industrial scale is determined. During operation, the draft Technical Specifications are checked.

Certificates and test reports are approved based on the results of testing the device, which are certified by Rostechnadzor experts. These documents are included in the accompanying documents and acts for obtaining permission to use the mechanism. A permit for the use of a specific type (type) of a technical device is issued by the Federal Service for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision.
